Urban Metrics Consultants (UMC) was founded by Dr. Kimberley Broomfield-Massey to help purpose-driven organizations understand and maximize their impact. We specialize in evaluation and organizational development.

We offer a broad range of in-person and online services, from data collection, management, analysis, and dissemination, to program evaluation and facilitation. Our talented staff combines over 50 years of experience and brings a deep perspective to every project.
